Seychelles
Picture a myriad textures and colours
woven into a fabric of such magnificence that it is hard to match
anywhere in the world. These are the islands of Seychelles, scattered
across the Indian Ocean like emeralds, set in a kaleidoscopic sea of
blues and greens. Picture the powder white sand of the beaches, the
majestic outlines of the granite boulders blending into the deep green
of the tropical forests. It is into this environment that Beachcomber
has ventured with its first in a series of hotels – the magnificent
Sainte Anne Resort.
Seychelles is served twice a week by flights from Johannesburg. Flights
depart on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Seemingly forgotten, this archipelago of
more than a hundred islands stretches endlessly through the crystal
clear waters of the Indian Ocean.
The three central islands of Mahé, Praslin and La Digue
are granite islands while the outer islands are coral atolls. The warm
waters, beautiful scenery, stunning beaches and friendly people entice
travellers the world over to experience the Seychelles.
