This resort totally lives up to it's 'PARADISE' title! From the moment we arrived we were totally gobsmacked...The views from the entrance to the perfect palm fringed beach, and little thatched bungalows are amazing! I seriously cannot fault this hotel. The service was spectacular, and the staff are so genuine and friendly. There are so many activities available to you, (that is if lounging by the pool/beach isn't your thing!) We managed to try canoes/ windsurfing...etc (all free of charge,) and we went on several excursions too. OK....on to the food! After having stayed in several hotels in Tanzania, serving very westernised foods, when we wanted to try real tanzanian food, we weren't hoping for much. But we were very very pleasantly surprised. The restaurants served varied food, and had different themed nights (such as a Swahili night, bbq...etc.) which was perfect to have a mixture of all the foods! The rooms are huge! (Especially the bathroom, made up of three different sections!) They are beautifully decorated making us feel totally relaxed. Those not wanting to totally escape, can watch the large television in every room (showing numerous sky channels.) Well that's all I really have to say about this amazing resort. I am already thinking of a way I can come back next year! It is seriously the perfect resort, whether you want a totally relaxing, romantic, holiday, or perhaps a fun filled action packed one.
