VILLA - 1 Presidential villa (288 m2) The jewel in the crown, with the 5 Feng Shui elements, includes 2 bedrooms. It is fitted with a modern kitchenette, 1 whirlpool and a private outdoor stone garden with a pool, a barbecue area and a gazebo. The main feature of this villa is its private beach. A suite with 2 extra bedrooms is also attached to the villa. A babysitting service is also available on request, for a fee. Children's dinner is served in the main restaurant, from 18h00 to 19h00, for the convenience of both parents and children. The teenagers' club promises days of fun-packed activities. CONFERENCE ROOMS Legends is equipped with an air-conditioned conference room of 45m2, with 40 seats in theatre-style. Without pillars or obstructions, this lounge can accommodate conferences of approximately 20 people. The use of the conference room is complimentary for all resident groups. A smaller conference room and a 60-seat cinema are also available. IOVISUAL EQUIPMENT Standard audiovisual equipment is provided free of charge. It includes a 35mm slide projector, an overhead projector, a multi-system video equipment, a PA system, flip charts, a lectern and a wall screen (2.1m x 1.5m). On request: a video projector.
