It took me quite a while to write a comment with regards to our September 2009 holiday trip to Mauritius with Exotic Vacations as my travel agent. The reason is not that I have nothing to say, but I have so many aspects that I want to discuss & compliment Exotic Vacations on. Seeing that I don’t even know where to start & that it will take me a whole day to write a review full of compliments (& you the whole week to read it), I’ll try to keep it short & simple: ABSOLUTELY 200% SATISFIED CUSTOMER WHO WILL ALWAYS COME BACK TO THIS COMPANY, BECAUSE EXOTIC VACATIONS NOT ONLY GAVE PERSONAL ATTENTION TO MY SPECIFIC NEEDS, BUT WENT BEYOND WHAT WAS EXPECTED OF A GOOD TRAVEL AGENT & ASSISTED ME IN EVERY WAY IN ORDER TO ENSURE THAT OUR HOLIDAY WAS ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES WE’VE EVER HAD. I came to Exotic Vacations, not having a clue where to start the search for an ideal holiday for me and my husband to Mauritius with regards to budget, style, preferences etc. Heidi & Esme advised me with skill, knowledge & passion, wanting the best possible resort that will fit my individual needs & requirements. Esme’s follow up before our trip & the day after our trip showed me that this company stands for professionalism & dedication towards their clients. Her referral that Club Med La Plantation was the ideal romantic getaway for our first anniversary was spot on & we couldn’t have asked for a better resort in Mauritius. We are so impressed with Club Med that we want to plan our next trip to another Club Med resort. Thus, if it wasn’t for Esme & the Exotic Vacations team’s knowledge & help, we would’ve never experienced a holiday that gave us such beautiful and lasting memories. Thank you so much for all the effort & it was an honour for me to work with Exotic Vacations. And Esme, start planning my next trip, because I became a big fan of you and your hard work & appreciate all your efforts, advice & holiday tips. Well done & once again thank you so much!!!!!
