We are serious about the properties that we market and sell. If a property doesn't meet our quality standards, then we don't sell them. If a property screws up and our clients return unhappy, then we make sure the proprietors know about it and if they don't fix it, then we stop selling them.

What does "Quality Rated by Exotic Vacations" mean?

Value For Money
It means that we believe the hotel/resort is good value for money. It doesn't have to be 5-star to be good value for money. We have many 3-star hotels that provide excellent value for money. You get what you pay for and be sure not to expect 5-star if you are only willing to pay for 3-star!

Good Service
It means that we are receiving consistent good service from the hotel. Our clients return happy and we receive positive feedback from them. Service refers to how our clients are treated at the hotel.

Quality Food
Food is important for us and we know that you probably enjoy good food as much as we do. We receive feedback from our customers about the quality of the food at the hotel. Choice, quality, variety and freshness are all very important factors.

Consistency
It's certainly not good if the hotel is inconsistent. We measure guest satisfaction over a period of time and we can therefore track consistency. If the guest satisfaction starts dropping, we inform the hotel immediately.
