Hi Heidi, Thank you for the e-mail, Warren and I had a wonderful time in Mauritius! The Le Tropical was both great and in certain cases had room for improvement. We had two concerns with Le Tropical, firstly the pillows were terrible, very lumpy and were throw cushions instead of pillows, secondly we were under the impression that snorkeling would be offered every day all day, however it was limited to half an hour a day between 11 & 12. One suggestion here is to let clients know to take their own snorkels and then they will be able to snorkel as much as they would like. On a positive note all rooms over look the sea and we found the hotel quite personal we got to know the staff an vice versa we weren’t just a number. We found the staff (and locals) exceptionally friendly not to mention highly knowledgeable on what to see, where to go and the general running of Mauritius. White sands tours were great, especially Bettina, she followed up with us almost daily to see how things were going and to ensure we had enjoyed our tours Thank you again Regards, Kate Bunge
