Amaan Bungalows is located in Nungwi, the north coast of Zanzibar and probably the most beautiful one. If you are looking to be at the centre of all the action in Nungwi, then this is definitely the place to be. We have a huge array of facilities from a dive center, Big game fishing, and excursion desk to an internet café and boutiques.

The best rooms by far are the sea view rooms, these 16 rooms face directly on to the ocean, and the waves on high tides literally break under your balcony, They are furnished in a Zanzibar style and have A/C, Ceiling fans and a mini bar.
The 28 pool view rooms are located in the front of the property, around our infinity swimming pool area. They have a fantastic balcony with a view of the ocean where you can sit and enjoy a cocktail. The rooms come furnished in a Zanzibar style and have A/C, Ceiling fans and a mini bar.
There are 23 deluxe rooms which are located behind the sea view rooms in 2 rows facing the gardens. These are bigger rooms which are suitable also for 3 adults. They have large balconies, A/C and Ceiling fan.
Our 19 garden view rooms located further away from the beachfront. These are considered basic low budget accommodation however all the rooms have en suite bathrooms with hot water and are clean and neat with mosquito nets on all beds, they all have ceiling fans and a balcony overlooking the garden.
All dinners and lunches are served from the a la carte menu. The food is very good, and you also have a large variety of other restaurants in the area (within walking distance) if you wish to try something else.
