5. Beware that many tour operators / travel agents advertise and quote prices that DO NOT INCLUDE ALL THE COSTS, and in particular UNDERQUOTE on the Airport Taxes. Airport taxes are expensive and can make a fundamental difference to your quote. They do this with the excuse that the airport taxes change all the time. Just before you pay you receive notification that the taxes have gone up. You cannot cancel because it's too late as you will probably lose your accommodation or flights. We have MANY clients that call us in despair because they initially turned down our quote because we were a few rand more expensive than another agency, only to find out in the end that we were in fact cheaper.
